About my training service:
I am a martial arts practitioner with more than a decade of experience in Muay Thai and Krav Maga (Israeli Self-Defense System). I actively trains in Kettlebell Conditioning, Calisthenics, Muay Thai, HIIT, Powerlifting, and Olympic Lifting. Besides martial arts and weights, I am also a yoga enthusiast. I believe in finding a balance in all elements and practicing yoga complements my strength training very well. I am an arm balance addict, you will often see me practicing funky transitions of these advance yoga poses.
It doesn’t matter what your specific goals are, what matters is that you want to bring a positive change into your life. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing people improve both physically and mentally. I strive to educate and train my clients to achieve their fitness goals, and maintain a healthy body, mind, and soul. I am an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, I am also a Krav Maga Level 5 Practitioner, Standard First Aid, and CPR/AED certified. I specializes in Strength and Conditioning Training, Functional Training, Corrective Exercises, Muay Thai and Krav Maga.

Klion is a very dedicated trainer. She can explain the steps in a manner that are simple enough to follow. Then watches closely to pick up mistakes and correct them. This helps me a lot to improve. She is the best trainer I have ever met. I intend to train with her permanently.
